Meet Jill Hofmans - Founder & Chief Den Mother
Jill brings 25+ years of event and executive management experience to help nurture, empower, and guide high performing leaders. She has over a decade of C-Level group facilitation at the Conway Center for Family Business where she honed her superpowers of connecting people to resources, hunting elephants in the room, and making people feel seen and heard. She also has a preternatural ability to untangle knots, especially tangled necklaces.
Jill serves on the board of Small Biz Cares and her favorite quote is, "We don't have two lives: a personal life and a work life. We have one life." The passion and commitment she has for her clients and their companies is a testament to that quote. Indeed, many of her closest friends are her clients.
In her free time, she creates irreverent cross-stitch samplers, cheers on the Ohio Gang Green as an Ohio Roller Derby season ticket holder, and enjoys happy hour with clients and friends, especially if the venue makes a well-crafted, dirty vodka martini.
