Budgets & Budget Management
The facilitator will cover budget types (static vs flexible; operating vs capital) and introduce basic variance analysis (price vs volume; fixed vs variable costs).
Goals:
Build a simple annual budget linked to key drivers (sales, capacity, headcount).
Learn to track actual vs budget and respond to variances.
