Experts from Lockton will outline major risk categories and give an overview of common business insurance types and basic concepts (deductibles and limits) using risk map exercises and small group mitigation planning.
Goals:
Identify key financial and operational risks and prioritize them.
Connect risks to mitigation tools (cash reserves, insurance, contracts, diversification).
