Leadership Lab: Not Your Typical Leadership Program
An educational series by Jill’s, at 80 East, powered by Crosworks
February: Leading from the Inside Out (Foundations of People Management): Before leading others, leaders must first understand themselves. This program deepens awareness of values, triggers, strengths, and blind spots - helping leaders show up with authenticity and resilience. Participants learn to regulate their energy, model accountability, and build credibility by leading from the inside out.
April: Influencing Without Authority: Leadership often happens across teams and networks, not just within formal hierarchies. This workshop helps leaders create impact through influence rather than control. Participants learn to build trust, communicate with impact, and create alignment by finding areas of agreement. Through real-world examples and practice, they strengthen their ability to navigate resistance and mobilize others toward shared goals.
